MONEY BACK OFFER

1. Offer does not apply to Commercial planning applications.

2. Money back offer is for residential applications only &  must be agreed in writing in advance.

3. This offer is not available for retention planning applications or applications involving listed or conservation structures.

4. Should the client choose to not take the advise of Dublin Planning in relation to the design, appearance, scale or other aspect of the planning application then Dublin Planning reserve the right to withdraw the offer.

5. Should it be necessary or in the event of a refusal from the local authority, Dublin Planning reserve the right to appeal any decisions from the planning authority to An Bord Pleanala and / or lodge another planning application or a number of applications to the local authority in order to seek a grant of permission . The client is responsible for all costs associated with any such appeal and / or other future planning application fees.

6. Any fee to be refunded relates to the fee payable by the client to Dublin Planning for architectural services less the initial payment for surveying services. Any other fees paid by the client as part of a planning application are not refundable.

7. Fee is not refundable in the case where a planning application is refused with conditions related to drainage, access or other issues not relating to the structure. 

8. Dublin Planning reserve the right to amend, change, alter  these terms and conditions at any stage and also reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any stage without any notice.
